Time to visit my friends and parents...aka FINLAAAAND!!!!

I once again apologise for the delay on my posts. As with my travels I also need the flow to write this blog. Timewise I’m a long due but place wise not. Greetings from Finland!
Yep, well my Finnish readers probably already know that I’m in Finland at the moment so this is for you who doesn't have the possibility to see me physically. No, it’s not the end of my journey. I consider this being just one stop on my journey and what a stop it has been already.
First of all, I didn’t tell my friends that I’m gonna visit Finland. Only one guy who was gonna pick me up knew that I’m gonna fly to Finland. What a great surprise party we had for some of my best friends. We put on Ennio Morricone’s music from the stereos and then I waited till the horns were blazing and entered the backyard from my hideout. We had such a blast that night.

"No sir, I have not been drinking!"

"It's a joke, a joke!"
Secondly, I didn’t tell my parents either that I’m gonna visit Finland. You can imagine their expressions when I called them to pick me up from a city called Jyväskylä to visit them at our summer place in middle Finland. I spent couple of days with them with full service.
From Neste Rally Finland.

I’ve been in Finland now for almost 6 weeks and the first month felt busier that traveling abroad. When the word got out that I’m in Finland my friends started calling me to visit them and the guy with whom I’m staying now had his summer vacation so I’ve been around Finland. Pori, Lappeenranta, Jyväskylä, Rautalampi, Tampere, Helsinki, Espoo, Pornainen and so on. Last two weeks I have had the opportunity to chill and relax in Ohkola where I’m staying. It’s been fun, tiring and alcohol saturated stay in Finland.
From Pori Jazz festival. Btw, this is not the main stage.
I accidentally bumped into my old pal in Pori.
This is for you Accu! Sweet memories...
Like I said earlier, this is only one stop on my journey and I’m now slowly exploring my opportunities. I’m definitely going to continue traveling but now that it’s summer here in Finland and the weather is perfect while I’m writing this, I feel no urge to leave yet. I’m just fully enjoying the blues skies, sauna and swimming.

So my dear friends, keep on reading my blog, this is not the end.
